Sassy Marina is private property. We love seeing people enjoy our beautiful property, however for safety reasons our docks and surrounding areas are private access only.

Activities not allowed on the property include but are not limited to:

fishing/ice fishing, bird watching, dirt biking, snowmobiling

Parking on the grass by the seawall is prohibited. Parking a car on the grass by the seawall can put strain on the ground and the seawall, to keep the marina in good shape for you and your families please do not park next to the seawall.

Sassy Marina is pet friendly; however, all pets must remain on a leash and please clean up after your pet.

We’re doing lots of work on the marina to improve customer experience! That being said we ask everyone to abide by the barricades and stay out of the construction areas for your safety and the safety of the crew working.

To our summer well customers: In an effort to keep the marina clean and free from debris, we ask that at the end of the season you take all of your personal belonging’s home with you. Any belongings left at the end of the season will be considered abandoned and may be discarded.

All outside contractors, surveyors, brokers, etc. please contact the office for requirements to work on the property prior to coming to the marina.
